Off The Record returns to Manchester for its second year and is cementing itself as one of the leading new music festivals in the country.

Conference by day and multi-venue music showcase by night, Off The Record, today, announced their lineup, leaving it to just two days before the event to do so, they keep the focus of the festival on new music discovery… and we have to say, we approve. So, to help you out, we’ve compiled a mini fact file for most of the acts on the lineup, you’re welcome.
