Previous single ‘Fight’ will also appear on the No Show EP

Brilliant Bristol 3 piece SOEUR are back with their massive, gritty new single ‘Better’, which premiered on last night’s Radio 1 Rock Show (check that out here).

The track, according to the band’s Tina Maynard is about “the frustrations of maintaining relationships with people who I thought were difficult to get on with. It’s also about the stupidity of thinking like that. It’s like I’ve got it all figured out and everyone else must be missing something because we don’t see eye to eye; when actually, I really have nothing figured out and it’s way more helpful to agree to disagree, learn something from it and move on.” adding that “this song is a gentle reminder to myself to get down off my high horse and appreciate that we all live our lives in different ways, and that that is both okay and amazing.”

Sticking with the DIY ethos and approach they’ve taken with all of their releases so far, ‘No Show’ sees them keeping absolute creative freedom over the entire project.

No Show is set for release on September 23rd, and is available for pre-order here.

The band will be making appearances at festivals before heading out in support of St Agnes in October.
