Pale Waves need no introduction. The Manchester quarter are back with new single Kiss, one part pop, one part Cocteau Twins, and altogether contagious fun. Hot on the tails of their debut EP ‘ALL THE THINGS I NEVER SAID’, ‘Kiss’ sees Heather Baron-Gracie croon over a love gone sour; ‘kiss me hard like you did at the start’. Though this is indie pop fun, this is still a powerful song, that point compounded by the electrifying guitar lines that dominate the track. This, combined with Cocteau Twins style gentle synth pads makes a sound that is all the best of modern indie pop with the style and atmosphere of the best of the 80’s.

As we said, Pale Waves need no introduction, they have had a monstrous 2018. For a relatively new band, nearly 500,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and millions of listeners on Spotify add up to a band that is on to a winning formula. Listen to this latest single on Spotify or Youtube, and catch the already storming train that is Pale Waves.
