The track was previously Annie Mac’s Hottest Record In The World
Created solely on the iPad pro’s Procreate App, the band asked friends, fans and strangers to draw what they felt whilst listening to the song for the first time.
Speaking about the video, Husky Loops drummer and the video director Pietro Garrone says “Our new video was created by a bunch of genuinely great moments of people listening to the track for the first time, and that makes it a piece we are proud of. Most people think they can’t draw, when really all it takes to make a meaningful drawing is imagination and daring to do it.”
The track is taken from the bands upcoming debut album ‘I Can’t Even Speak English, a nod to their Italian background and the divisive times we live in. The album is set for release on September 6th.
To celebrate the album release, the band will play a pre-album release party at Rye Wax (Peckham, London) on 15th August. The band will be playing the record in its entirety with guest appearances from Ten Dixon, SBK, MEI plus many more. Free entry. Doors at 8.30pm.
